What is your return policy?

As of November 2024, Kazemode has partnered with Loop Returns to offer fast and simple returns or exchanges for purchases shipped within the United States only.

Customers located in the United States may exchange or return their order so long as:

  • Items are unworn, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition, including original packaging.
  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.


We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria. Kazemode assumes no liability for any products returned to us that were not originally purchased directly from kazemode.com

As for orders outside of the United States, All purchases from Kazemode, Inc. are FINAL, and no returns or refunds will be issued. By proceeding with a purchase from Kazemode, Inc., you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our Final Sale Policy. Refund Policy

I received a damaged item, can I get a refund?

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. If you received a damaged item, please submit a return request here: https://kazemode.loopreturns.com/#/, input your order information, and select QC as the return reason. Be sure to include all relevant order details, as well as photographs of the damaged item(s). Under no circumstances will a damaged item be replaced without photographs of the original item received.

Please note that the Damaged Items policy excludes change of mind, normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, and failure to report damage within the specified timeframe.
